Adequate Indoor sanitary facilities, food and fresh water and lots and lots of love will be provided this cat and this cat will never be allowed to roam outdoors.
The above Cat/Kitten has been inoculated at 9, 12, & 16 weeks and annually (if applicable) with Fel-O-Vax IV Batch # ___________Expiration Date______________. Kisan Cattery guarantees the general health of this kitten at the time of delivery and warrants the kitten is free of FELV, FIP and PKD at time of delivery. There is no guarantee against any other viral, fungal, bacterial or parasitic conditions. Kisan Cattery will not be held liable for these conditions either legally or monetarily after kitten leaves Kisan Cattery custody. If however, it is determined during veterinarian examination, within one week of purchase, a life threatening congenital defect is present, Kisan Cattery will exchange kitten with one of equal value (when available) provided, a licensed veterinarian provides a statement along with test results as proof of life threatening congenital defect, If the veterinarian administers ANY vaccines other than Rabies, this guarantee is null and void. The responsibility and expense of obtaining the licensed veterinarians statement rests solely with the purchaser at all times. Kisan Cattery will not be responsible for purchasers veterinarian expenses at any time. Purchaser shall not relinquish cat/kitten to animal broker, pet store, testing facilities, or to any animal control facility without consulting Kisan Cattery first.
Purchaser agrees to accept the above conditions of sale and waives any rights to further warranty or guarantees as may apply to state or local law.
Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought in Dallas County / Grand Prairie, Texas. Purchaser shall be liable for any court cost and related charges including attorney’s fees associated with Kisan Cattery enforcing the terms of this contract.
This contract is the entire agreement between the parties. All sales are final. There will be no refunds!! Kittens are sold “as is” there are no warranties either expressed or implied except as stated above.
